[VB6] Enumerate Services

The demo project below shows how to enumerate the services on the local computer using the EnumServicesStatusEx API function. The project also demonstrates how to retrieve various properties of the enumerated services using APIs such as QueryServiceConfig and QueryServiceConfig2.
